LiFePO4 battery types
- 01/03/2024
LiFePO4 battery packs are the ultimate choice for energy storage systems that require high performance, long lifespan, and environmental friendliness. They are made of lithium iron phosphate cells that have many advantages over other types of batteries, such as lead acid, AGM, or gel batteries.
Our company offers different types of LiFePO4 battery packs to suit your various needs. You can choose from the following options:
- Simple battery cells: These are individual cells that you can buy and assemble yourself with a BMS (Battery Management System). This option is suitable for DIY enthusiasts who want to customize their own battery packs according to their specific requirements. You can use these cells for various applications, such as electric vehicles, backup power, or solar power systems.
- Battery packs with epoxy board: These are pre-assembled battery packs with epoxy board. They are usually used for solar lights or other small power storage systems. They are economical and easy to install inside lights, cabinets, or other devices. They have a low self-discharge rate and a long cycle life of more than 2000 times.
- Battery packs with plastic case: These are battery packs that have the same size and shape as the traditional lead acid batteries. They are designed to replace the old and bulky lead acid batteries with a lighter and more efficient alternative. They are compatible with most devices that use 12V batteries, such as RVs, boats, or commercial vehicles. They have a constant output voltage and a high temperature performance.
- Battery packs with powerwall design: These are battery packs that have a higher voltage of 51.2V (or 48V) and a higher capacity of 5.12kWh or 10.24kWh. They are suitable for solar hybrid systems, off-grid solar systems, or other high power applications. They have a sleek and modern design that can be mounted on the wall or the floor. They can be connected in parallel up to 16 units to reach a higher capacity.
- Battery packs with cabinet design: These are battery packs that are similar to the powerwall design, but they can be easily installed in a cabinet to achieve higher power or higher voltage. They are ideal for ESS (Energy Storage System) or solar power systems that require more flexibility and scalability. They have a built-in BMS that protects the battery from overcharging, over-discharging, over-current, short circuit, and other faults. They also have a Bluetooth monitoring function that allows you to check the battery status and performance on your smartphone or tablet.
- Stackable battery: These are battery modules that can be stacked and paralleled to upgrade the capacity. Each module is 5.12kWh and can be used with off-grid inverters or hybrid inverters for energy storage. They are widely used for RVs, boats, or commercial vehicles that need more power and longer run time.
- Upgradeable battery system: This is a combination of LFP battery and inverter that works perfectly together. Each battery module is 5.12kWh and each inverter is 6kW, high frequency, plug and play type. You just need to connect them with solar panels, and you will get free energy. This system is ideal for off-grid or hybrid solar power systems that need more flexibility and scalability.
- Battery pack with container: This is a battery pack that has the highest power and capacity, ranging from 30kWh to 200kWh or more. It is a complete energy storage system that integrates a hybrid inverter (or PCS), an MPPT controller, an air conditioner and other fire protection devices. It can provide reliable and clean solar power for a whole village or building, or support the grid stability and peak shaving. It is fully tested and ready to use, so it is easy to commission and operate. It is the best solution for large-scale energy storage projects that require high voltage and high power.
All of our LiFePO4 battery packs have the following features and benefits:
- Long cycle life: They can withstand more than 2000 charge/discharge cycles, which is much longer than other battery technologies.
- Constant output voltage: They can deliver full power until they are discharged, which eliminates the need for voltage regulation and improves the efficiency of the devices.
- High temperature performance: They can operate in a wide temperature range of -20°C to 60°C, and they have better thermal and chemical stability than other batteries, which reduces the risk of fire or explosion.
- Green energy: They do not contain any harmful metals or substances, and they have a low self-discharge rate, which reduces the environmental impact.
- Low maintenance: They have a built-in BMS that protects the battery from overcharging, over-discharging, over-current, short circuit, and other faults. They also have a Bluetooth monitoring function that allows you to check the battery status and performance on your smartphone or tablet.
- Lightweight and compact: They have a high energy density and a small footprint, which makes them easy to transport and install.
