Lithium Battery Smart is a series of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries that offer superior performance, safety, and durability.
They are available in 12.8 V or 25.6 V with various capacities, and can be connected in series, parallel, or series/parallel to create a battery bank
for different system voltages. Some models also feature high current discharge for car jump start applications.
Lithium Battery Smart has the following Features:
1.Rugged: The batteries are designed to withstand harsh conditions and have a long service life.
2.Efficient: The batteries have a high energy density and a low self-discharge rate, which means more power and less waste.
3.Size and weight: The batteries are compact and lightweight, which saves space and reduces transportation costs.
4.Bluetooth and RS485 Communications: The batteries can communicate with external devices via Bluetooth or RS485 ports, allowing you to monitor and control the battery status in real-time.
5.Battery management system (BMS): The batteries have a built-in BMS that protects the cells from overcharging, over-discharging, over-temperature, and short circuit. The BMS also balances the cells to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
A single LFP cell has a nominal voltage of 3.2V. A 12.8 V battery consists of 4 cells connected in series and a 25.6 V battery consists of 8 cells connected in series.
To reduce required balancing time, we recommend to use a little different batteries in series as possible for the application. 24 V systems are best built using 24 V batteries.
And 48 V systems are best built using two 24V batteries in series. While the alternative, four 12 V batteries in series, will work, it will require more periodic balancing time.

Smart Battery Management System (BMS)
The integrated smart BMS protects the battery against over‑charge, over‑discharge, over‑current, short circuit, and high or low temperature. Cell balancing ensures consistent performance and extended battery life.
System Integration & Scalability
The battery supports series and parallel connection. For higher voltage systems, 25.6V or 51.2V battery configurations are recommended to reduce balancing time and improve system stability. This makes it suitable for PVHub‑based solar systems, hybrid inverters, and modular energy storage solutions.
